Poole Mahoney PC celebrates twenty-five years of legal service to the community. Huff, Poole & Mahoney, P.C. was founded in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1987 by Glen A. Huff. In 2011, Glen’s long-range career goal was achieved with his appointment as a Judge to the Virginia Court of Appeals. In light of his appointment, the firm changed its name to Poole Mahoney PC.
Our first office opened in 1987 in Virginia Beach followed by our Chesterfield office in 1994. To keep up with client needs, we added two additional offices in Norfolk and Chesapeake in 2009. With four locations and attorneys licensed to practice in Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Colorado our attorneys are equipped to serve our clients.
Not only has the firm experienced demographic growth, but also personal growth. Our attorneys have grown to positions of Judges for the General District Court and Virginia Court of Appeals, Virginia House of Delegates, Attorney General of Virginia and the Governor of Virginia.
Poole Mahoney PC has been recognized for its contributions to the legal profession as well as to the community. Many of our attorneys have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Legal Elite, Super Lawyers and Best of Hampton Roads. The firm has achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest overall rating for a law firm. Our firm supports the community by serving on boards, assisting charities with sponsorships and providing pro bono work to members of the community.
Although our name has changed, our commitment to our clients remains the same.
